Pregnancy and motherhood has been a journey into a whole different universe with so much to learn - I have enjoyed reaching out to new and experienced parents, midwives and healthcare professionals to share their wisdom. With my fascination for psychology, I am particularly interested in pre and post-natal mental health in expecting parents.
